Online Desk: Bangladesh were scheduled to play their second warm-up match against South Africa in Brisbane on Wednesday ahead of T20 World Cup. However, the match was abandoned without a ball being bowled due to rain.
This was their last warm-up match before the Super Twelve stage. The Tigers will start their World Cup journey on October 24.
Earlier, their preparation in the first warm-up match was not good. Batting on a target of 161 runs, Shakib Al Hasan's team managed to score only 98 runs for 9 wickets. Afghanistan won the match by 62 runs.
